CrewBloom, Inc is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process across multiple industries. You will source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while maintaining an organized pipeline and timely updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist.
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and job functions.
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to quickly understand different job requirements and candidate profiles.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for multiple roles across different industries and job functions.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and applications against job requirements and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate experience, skills, communication, availability, and overall role fit.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming hiring needs.
• Coordinate candidate endorsements and next steps with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate statuses, interview notes, and recruitment activity in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Manage multiple open positions and prioritize hiring needs based on urgency.
• Identify recruitment challenges and adjust sourcing or screening strategies when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
