Job summary

Kobie, a leader in loyalty technology with a remote-first culture, is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment from requisition kickoff to onboarding. The role focuses on sourcing top talent, screening candidates, and partnering with hiring teams to fill multiple roles across the organization.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a high-volume hiring strategy. Based in the Tampa Bay area or remote, you will collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition

Qualifications

• Recent in-house or corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
• Experience using modern ATS and sourcing tools to build pipelines.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills with a structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and timelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS and sourcing tools.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and collect structured feedback.
• Provide timely updates on pipeline status and hiring risks.
