From first touch through start date, you'll deliver a seamless, people-first candidate experience while driving speed and quality. This is a high ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high volume recruiting environment.

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this position is based in the Tampa Bay, FL area and operates remotely with occasional in-office collaboration at our St. Petersburg headquarters.

How you will make an impact

  • Execute sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, direct outreach, and AI assisted recruiting tools to build diverse, high quality candidate pipelines.
  • Execute interview logistics by scheduling sessions with hiring managers and candidates, preparing interview materials, collecting structured feedback from interviewers, and communicating next steps to candidates.
  • Deliver timely updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruiting pipeline status, candidate progress, anticipated timelines, and potential roadblocks; elevate challenges for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data including time-to-fill and pipeline health; provide weekly recruiting status updates to leadership and identify process improvements.
  • Support employer brand initiatives by collaborating with Marketing to amplify Kobie's story and showcase company culture and values to candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Maintain ATS integrity by ensuring accurate and consistent candidate records, correct workflow routing, and data quality; identify and raise system issues or workflow gaps to the recruiting team.
  • Leverage sourcing tools, AI enabled recruiting technology, and automation to improve efficiency, candidate engagement, and recruiting effectiveness while maintaining sound judgment in candidate evaluation.
  • Demonstrate accountability for recruiting commitments, prioritizing work effectively, meeting hiring timelines, and communicating delays or risks with appropriate advance notice.

At the end of your first year, success will mean effectively managing 6–10 concurrent requisitions, demonstrating expertise in Kobie's recruiting processes and specialized roles, meeting hiring timelines consistently, delivering high-quality candidates aligned to business needs, and building trusted working relationships with hiring managers and interview partners across the organization.

What you need to be successful
Required
  • Located in the Tampa Bay, FL area; this is a remote role with occasional in-office collaboration at our St. Petersburg headquarters.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle corporate/in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and reference check management.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent requisitions, meeting hiring timelines, and delivering high quality talent aligned to business needs.
