Recidiviz is hiring a Recruiter to join our small, fast-moving team. You will own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first conversation to offer.

You’ll source and screen inbound applications, coordinate interviews, and help teams move searches with clarity and momentum, while staying aligned with our mission to improve outcomes in the criminal justice system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles, from kickoff through offer.
• Review inbound applicants, source talent, and conduct initial screens.
• Clarify role needs with hiring managers and maintain momentum in searches.
• Deliver a high-quality, human-centered candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support hiring decisions.
• Track recruiting progress and outcomes to improve effectiveness.
• Stay up to date on recruiting trends and AI-driven evolution.
• Optimize recruitment processes and tools.
