Job summary

2pmFIX is a boutique HR consulting firm seeking a full-cycle recruiter to join our strategic team. This high-autonomy, fully remote role supports internal recruiting and client projects across industries, handling everything from job descriptions to interviews and onboarding.

You will partner with client leaders, manage multiple requisitions, build ATS workflows (JazzHR), guide compensation discussions, ensure EEOC compliance, and help shape scalable teams across growth and change.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions.
• Proven track record in both mid/high-volume frontline hiring and executive search.
• Mix of corporate and in-house/consulting experience is highly preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication; strong interviewing skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
• Technical proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• JazzHR experience a plus.
• Adaptable across communication platforms (phone, Slack, email, various video platforms).
• Willingness to learn AI and automation tools to increase efficiency.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Located in NC is a plus.
• Occasional travel to in-person events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client’s hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal and external positions: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Build custom workflows and processes within ATS (JazzHR preferred).
• Craft client specific workflows, interviewing guides, assessments, etc.
• Own the “Candidate Journey” to ensure every applicant feels respected.
• Ensure compliance with EEOC, Fair Chance, Pay Transparency, and Data Privacy laws.
• Lead salary negotiations, offer delivery, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with 2pm team members on compensation as needed for internal and external roles.
• Maintain fiduciary advocacy by tracking hours and managing client resources effectively.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables align with 2pm standards and client’s needs.
