Job summary

Beemac Trucking seeks an experienced logistics salesperson to grow our brokerage with high-quality, consistent freight volume. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to booking—remote initially, moving to a hybrid work setup with an office in Chattanooga, TN.

This cradle-to-grave role requires 3+ years in logistics sales, a proven track record of winning quality accounts, and proficiency with CRM, TMS, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics sales, with flatbed/open-deck experience.
• Proven ability to win quality accounts, not volume.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and modern TMS tools.
• Experience with prospecting, quoting, and cradle-to-grave sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads through prospecting and research.
• Enter and manage leads in our CRM.
• Cold-call, qualify, and quote prospects.
• Book trucks and manage loads cradle-to-grave.
• Target shippers that fit our ideal customer profile.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Represent our company's values in every interaction.
• Other duties, as assigned by the Supervisor.
