Beemac Logistics is seeking a driven sales professional in Nashville to build and manage a local client portfolio within the transportation and logistics sector. You will prospect, network, and own the client relationship from first contact to shipment coordination, while collaborating with operations to ensure smooth load movements.

The role emphasizes an entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and a results-driven approach, with uncapped commission and a base salary to start.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Hunger for success with a hunter mentality
• Full-time availability in office (Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers
• Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments
• Use phone, email, and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity
• Use innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc
