Beemac Logistics is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive performance in the transportation logistics field. You will coach a growing sales team, manage a CRM, and oversee day-to-day operations including quotes, bookings, and dispatches.

The role emphasizes training, goal setting, and regular performance reviews. Candidates should have proven leadership in logistics sales and comfort with technology and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability Monday through Friday.
• College degree preferred.
• Mcleod TMS experience preferred.
• Team lead or management experience required.
• Proven success in Transportation Logistics sales.
• Ability to energize and coach a sales team to meet goals.
• Proficient with technology including Office products and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales training for all new sales employees.
• Conduct weekly & monthly sales meetings.
• Create sales targets and track pacing based on projections.
• Conduct performance reviews for assigned team members.
• Manage the CRM, track data, and run reports.
• Support customer quotes and day-to-day operations (building, booking, dispatching loads).
• Assist with hiring and manage remote employees.
• Maintain focus on metrics like phone stats, revenue, margins and goals.
