Job summary

Beemac Logistics is seeking high-energy sales professionals in Nashville to build and grow a personal client portfolio within the transportation and logistics sector. You will prospect, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships from the primary point of contact seat.

You will leverage McLeod software and load boards, coordinating with operations to ensure shipments move smoothly while driving daily sales activity and exploring AI-assisted pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Owner mentality with hunter mindset and results-driven approach.
• Full-time availability in office (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers.
• Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments.
• Use phone, email, and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity.
• Use innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc.
