Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Build relationships with managers, providing market guidance on salary and timelines.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using multiple channels.
• Screen candidates, present recommendations, and coordinate interviews and offers.
• Handle multiple requisitions while meeting SLAs and hiring goals.
• Maintain communication with managers and candidates, providing pipeline updates.
• Use ATS/CRM tools to track records and recruiting metrics.
• Identify challenges and adjust search strategies to hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
