Tews Company is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiting Specialist for a contract, fully remote position. Florida candidates only should apply as this role is remote across the state. You will screen RNs, CMAs, and clinical professionals, review applications, assess fit and compensation needs, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to fill openings efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred (RNs, CMAs, clinical professionals).
• Experience handling high-volume recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems.
• Remote work ability with Florida residency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume phone screens with healthcare candidates (RNs, CMAs, clinical staff).
• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Assess experience, qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open roles.
• Provide clear feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage multiple openings and candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow up with candidates and managers to maintain momentum.
• Keep accurate candidate data in the ATS and CRM.
• Meet recruitment targets while delivering a positive candidate experience.
