The ideal candidate excels at passive candidate sourcing, conducts thorough screenings, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. Fluent American English is required; experience with ATS/CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Expertise in advanced search techniques and social media recruitment.
• Excellent ability to interview candidates and assess technical skills over the phone.
• Fluency in American English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively source passive talent using databases and networking.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for construction trades.
• Conduct comprehensive phone interviews and behavioral assessments.
• Manage multiple open roles with a professional candidate experience.
• Update tracking systems and interview statuses daily.
• Collaborate with leadership to adjust recruitment strategies.
