Sotalent is seeking a skilled Full Cycle Construction Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the building and trades sector. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Latin America, with autonomy and real impact on hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate excels at passive candidate sourcing, conducts thorough screenings, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. Fluent American English is required; experience with ATS/CRM is a plus.

Full Cycle Construction Recruiter Remote LATAM

Our client, a growing recruitment firm specialized in the building and trades sector, is looking for a skilled Recruiter to manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle. This is a full time, 100 percent remote position for candidates based in Latin America.

Role Summary

In this position, you will lead the search for high quality construction professionals. You will have the independence to develop talent pipelines for various clients, using aggressive headhunting and thorough vetting techniques to ensure top tier placements. Your ability to find passive candidates and conduct deep screenings will be vital to the success of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Actively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and various databases.

Develop and maintain talent pools for specialized trades and management positions.

Perform comprehensive phone interviews and behavioral assessments to ensure candidates meet strict client requirements.

Handle multiple open roles at once while providing a professional candidate experience.

Maintain data integrity by updating tracking systems and interview statuses daily.

Partner with leadership to identify recruitment hurdles and pivot strategies as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven track record in outbound sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

Expertise in advanced search techniques and social media recruitment.

Professional fluency in American English, both written and spoken.
