Zusammenfassung

SupportYourApp is seeking a Fulfillment Agent to join our global operations. You will create, verify, and assign orders, coordinate with internal teams, and respond to inquiries to ensure timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer support, 6 months to 1 year in fulfillment, and strong English communication. This remote role offers a fixed schedule and USD compensation while supporting our multilingual client base.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in fulfillment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, order management systems, and basic logistics processes.
• Adaptability, technical aptitude, and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and focus on KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Create, verify, and assign orders accurately in accordance with established procedures and fulfillment requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams via instant messaging to support scheduling, reporting, and order fulfillment.
• Respond to internal and external queries regarding fulfillment operations, providing clear, timely, and empathetic communication.
• Track orders, monitor their status, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Identify and escape delayed or at-risk orders to the relevant teams, following up to support their resolution.
• Handle order-related issues, including shipping, delivery, and return inquiries, coordinating with relevant teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate order information, inventory updates, and fulfillment records in the relevant systems.
• Follow established processes, manage priorities effectively, and contribute to meeting team performance targets and KPIs.
