Responsibilities

Lead multi-quarter initiatives from problem framing to rollout and measurement.
Mentor engineers and raise engineering bar through code reviews and design feedback.
Participate in on-call for services you help build and drive post-incident learning.
Provide technical support in customer escalations and identify friction points to address.
Represent the team in cross-squad demos and roadmap discussions.
