Responsibilities

• Lead multi-quarter initiatives from framing problems to rollout.
• Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews and pair programming.
• Participate in on-call for services you build and drive post-incident learning.
• Provide technical support in customer escalations and identify friction points.
• Represent team work in cross-squad discussions and demos.
