Job summary

Maximus seeks a Mid-level Front End Developer for a remote role with an active Secret clearance. The position requires about 7 years of software development experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, and cloud/container deployments.

You will create UI features, wireframes, and design artifacts for PMO and stakeholders while advancing DoD DevSecOps integration. Join a team delivering secure, scalable front-end solutions in an Agile environment, using Jira, Jenkins, GitLab, and modern tooling.

Qualifications

Secret clearance or higher required.
A bachelor's degree in related field required; master's may substitute for 2 years of experience.
7+ years of software development experience in OO and scripted languages.
Experience with DevSecOps toolchains and microservices.
Experience in testing, Jira, and front-end development programs.
3+ years with TypeScript in Angular or React; cloud and containerized environments.

Responsibilities

Perform front-end design and development tasks, including design drawings, mockups, and wireframes.
Plan and implement modifications to GUIs and optimize navigation and UI elements.
Develop functional architectures and procedures for user-facing features.
Engage with PMO and stakeholders for review and documentation.
Support agile, user-centric application design and UI/UX standards.
