Job summary
Maximus, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Front End Developer to join our team on a remote basis. The role covers front-end design, development of GUIs, and building user-facing features with a focus on usability and performance.
A Secret clearance is required. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of software development experience, strong TS with Angular or React, and hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools such as Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and related platforms.
Qualifications
- Secret clearance or higher required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field; a master's may substitute.
- 7 years of software development experience with DevSecOps, microservices and containers.
- 3 years with Jira and testing web-based applications.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular/React) and TS.
Responsibilities
- Perform front-end design and development tasks including UI elements and GUIs.
- Create technical design drawings, mockups, and wireframes for review.
- Develop and optimize user-facing features and navigation.
- Engage in agile, user-centric application design supporting UI/UX standards.
