Qualifications

• Prior experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in NEAT virtual front desk software and Office apps (Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Virtual Guest Management: greet guests, clients and vendors and provide directions.
• Scheduling & Coordination: book and manage internal and external meetings, update calendars.
• Administrative Support: travel arrangements, expense reports, office supplies, courier services, vendor coordination.
