Job summary

The Windsor Suites Philadelphia, operated by PM Hotel Group, is seeking a friendly Guest Service Ambassador to be the welcoming face of the front desk. You’ll handle check-ins/outs, share local recommendations, and ensure guests receive outstanding service with a cheerful, can-do attitude.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma (or equivalent), 3–6 months of related experience, and a passion for customer service.
