Job summary

Embassy Suites Philadelphia - Airport is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with pre-registration and blocking reservations. You will manage daily transactions and be the first point of contact for guests arriving from the airport.

The role requires a strong work ethic, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and a teamwork mindset to ensure exceptional guest experiences across all hotel services.

• Know hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation procedures.
• Take same-day reservations quickly and follow relocation procedures when needed.
