Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a customer-focused Front Office Associate to check guests in and out, manage reservations, and provide concierge services.

You will ensure smooth front desk operations, handle payments, and assist guests with information and directions throughout their stay. The role requires strong communication, excellent guest service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino-hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel or high-end retail environment preferred.
• Must comply with state gaming regulations (licensing may be required).

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins according to established hotel requirements.
• Process guest check-outs and settle accounts following procedures.
• Provide concierge and PBX support; assist in other Front Office areas as needed.
• Communicate guest needs to appropriate departments and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain guest history files and share VIP arrival information with staff.
