Job summary

HOK seeks a Project Architect in NYC to lead design development and construction administration for complex projects. You will supervise teams, coordinate drawings and specifications, and ensure BIM integration and quality control across disciplines.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with consultants and clients, and drive sustainable design solutions aligned with project goals and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ design experience in architecture projects.
• Licensed Architect with active registration; NCARB preferred.
• LEED credential within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and oversee design development through construction.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, and BIM data with consultants.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure QA/QC across deliverables.
• Communicate progress with client leadership and project leadership.
