Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping them achieve financial goals through deposits and banking products. You will process transactions accurately, balance daily and deliver exemplary service while identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
• Willingness to learn and operate in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
