Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit and banking products, and processing transactions accurately.

You will contribute to customer satisfaction by educating clients, handling inquiries, and referring customers to other bank areas to enhance the overall relationship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant work or military service in administration is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or banking environments preferred.
• Ability to explain deposit products and banking services clearly.

Responsibilities
