Job summary

Geolytix seeks a Customer Associate to support Consultants on large client accounts and progressively own smaller projects. You’ll configure MAPP, deliver training, and ensure QA and alignment with client needs.

Based in the UK with right to work, you’ll collaborate across diverse teams, contribute to location planning insights, and handle multiple deadlines in a flexible, hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing projects or supporting client accounts.
• Sharp eye for detail and strong QA/testing mindset.
• Able to manage smaller projects independently and grow into larger accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical tools to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage smaller projects from kickoff to final delivery.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients and capture client voice in meetings.
• Configure and deliver the MAPP platform and train users to maximize adoption.
• Take ownership of thorough QA reviews before delivery to clients.
• Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Support Location Planning with market research and estate reviews.
