Altro is seeking a remote US-based Clinical Operations Coordinator to keep clinical workflows on track for our growing digital health platform. You’ll monitor orders, coordinate with labs and pharmacies, and triage patient messages with a professional, empathetic voice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical experience, including digital health context.
• Excellent bilingual written and spoken English/Spanish communication.
• Must be based in the United States with a reliable schedule (Eastern Time mornings).
• Willing to undergo HIPAA training or background check prior to starting.
• Experience handling patient communications and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical protocols and workflows for order processing and care coordination.
• Manage daily order queue, coordinate with labs and pharmacies to avoid delays.
• Triage asynchronous patient messages and calls with a warm, clinical tone.
• Support cross-team care coordination and clean handoffs between teams.
