Gampac seeks an Executive Manager to source, secure, and manage transportation for new and existing customers, focusing on freight lanes, rates, and innovative solutions. This role is fully remote, with travel as needed, and involves growing and managing customer accounts.

You will drive opportunities from the Business Development Team, maintain data integrity, and serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year brokerage experience.
• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Source, secure, and manage transportation needs for new and existing customers.
• Communicate freight lanes, rates, and solutions with customers.
• Develop opportunities from the Business Development Team.
• Account management and growth of smaller assigned accounts.
• Be primary contact for customers and manage relationships with Gampac.
• Ensure data capture and system entry for customer-related functions.
• Resolve customer issues using data and problem-solving skills.
• Lead Associates including scheduling, time tracking, and training.
• Monitor loads and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Support accounts receivable in collections for past-due invoices.
