Job summary

Gampac is seeking an Executive Manager to source, secure, and manage transportation needs for freight customers. You will lead carrier relations, pricing, and customer growth, including daily communications about lanes and rates. The role is fully remote with travel as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in brokerage, with a BA/BS and strong negotiation, data-entry, and customer service skills. Benefits include commissions and comprehensive health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of brokerage experience.
• Basic understanding of brokerage operations and geographic freight markets.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure freight, carriers, and customers.
• Develop opportunities from the Business Development Team.
• Manage relationships between customers and Gampac.
• Monitor loads and resolve issues for customers.
• Support AR in collections of past due invoices.
