Qualifications

• 2+ years in freight pricing or transportation analytics.
• Experience with load boards (DAT/Truckstop) and spot bidding dynamics.
• Ability to make fast, high-volume pricing decisions under time pressure.
• Familiarity with automated pricing/bidding tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor load boards and bid portals in real time for an assigned portfolio.
• Identify spot opportunities and prioritize by margin, risk, and importance.
• Submit competitive bids and rate confirmations within pricing authority.
• Track outcomes to inform pricing strategy and bot improvements.
• Analyze trends and provide regular reporting on win rate and margin.
