Qualifications

• Required: 4+ years of experience in transportation logistics operations.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerBi, Adobe, customer web sites).
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Experience maintaining professional and cooperative relationships with internal and external customers.
• Experience working independently and making sound decisions under demanding time constraints.
• Experience performing detail-oriented tasks.
• Ability to recognize and correct discrepancies.
• Discretion in handling confidential material.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and other factors.
• Analyze freight data to predict and report on revenue, cost, and margin trends.
• Query multiple data sources to aggregate data for reporting and analysis.
• Work with internal teams to develop company pricing strategies.
• Update logic for Spotbot software and submit troubleshooting requests.
• Monitor Spotbot performance and resolve technical issues with internal/external teams.
• Collaborate with technology teams to leverage TMS and other tools for price planning and reporting.
• Design dashboards for visualization of customer freight data in Power BI.
• Proactively monitor pricing results and revise pricing as needed.
