Job summary

TMC Transportation, Inc seeks a Pricing Analyst to manage and optimize pricing for asset-based freight services. This role focuses on spot market rate quotes, RFP submissions, and rate analytics to drive competitive and profitable pricing.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to implement pricing strategies and develop regular reporting on rate changes and customer feedback for leadership insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field required.
• 2+ years of asset-based pricing experience in transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver spot quotes based on market conditions and internal cost structures.
• Review and organize RFP checklists and coordinate pre-bid processes with internal teams.
• Convert final pricing into the customer’s preferred format and ensure timely submission.
• Track RFP awards, spot quotes, and revenue per customer and develop regular pricing reports.
