Job summary

Radiant Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive full-cycle sales in our freight forwarding and 3PL services.

You will prospect, close new accounts, and expand relationships across our network while coordinating with operations and customer service to deliver outcomes. This remote-friendly role blends fieldwork with office or remote selling, requires travel, and offers a base salary of $70,000–$100,000 with uncapped commissions and an OTE of $150,000–$220,000+.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in freight forwarding, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain services.
• Hunter with track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing accounts post-sale and building strong customer relationships.
• Existing industry relationships or contacts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to close. Maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Identify and generate new business through market research, networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across products and services.
• Collaborate with team to develop effective sales strategies for growth and retention.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for new business, retention, and growth.
• Interact with management and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
