Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Remote Freight Broker who will own the sales process, prospect new shipper accounts, and grow a profitable book of business. You will operate remotely with dedicated operations support for carrier sourcing, tracking, billing, and back-office tasks.

The role emphasizes selling, pipeline development, and meeting measurable sales production such as gross margin and load volume while residing in listed states in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience within 3PL or freight brokerage.
• Proven success prospecting and winning new shipper accounts.
• Experience generating leads and building a sales pipeline.
• Strong understanding of freight pricing, market capacity, margins and rate negotiation.
• Experience quoting freight, closing business and developing long-term relationships.
