Job summary

Blue Fox Trading seeks a seasoned Freight Broker Agent to prospect, onboard shipper accounts, and manage end-to-end freight movements. You will quote TL, LTL, Partial, and Spot market freight using industry load boards and book shipments in AscendTMS and McLeod. HubSpot tracks customer relations and activity.

The role is remote, contractor-based, with weekly pay, commission-only earnings, and access to AI tools and enterprise-grade software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Freight Broker Agent, Carrier Sales Rep, or Dispatcher.
• Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Slack.
• Hands-on use of Claude AI/ChatGPT or Copilot for workflow.
• Self-directed in a commission-only remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard shipper accounts; manage existing relationships.
• Quote TL, LTL, Partial, and Spot Market freight via load boards.
• Book and manage shipments in AscendTMS and McLeod; track activity in HubSpot.
