Job summary

Blue Fox Trading, an HYRE HARPER Co. affiliate, seeks freight professionals to handle shipper sales and carrier ops with independent contractor freedom. You earn commissions on both sides of each load, with tiered structures and weekly pay, all within a unified logistics ecosystem.

Must have an established book of business and be comfortable operating remotely on a commission-only basis, using tools like AscendTMS, DAT, Truckstop, HubSpot and AI copilots.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Freight Broker Agent, Carrier Sales Rep, or Dispatcher.
• Familiarity with DAT or Truckstop or similar load boards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard shipper accounts; manage relationships.
• Quote TL, LTL, Partial, and Spot Freight via load boards.
• Book and manage shipments in AscendTMS and McLeod; track in HubSpot.
• Source and book carriers; negotiate rates and verify credentials.
• Track shipments from pickup to delivery; manage calls and PODs.
