Qualifications

• Significant experience leading UX strategy and experience architecture for substantial websites or digital experiences.
• Portfolio showing audience and journey work, IA, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, audits, and research.
• Synthesize research, brand strategy, audience needs, and business requirements into clear insights.
• Identify priority audience groups, their needs, behaviors, and key tasks.
• Map user journeys and how audiences navigate and engage with content.
• Develop experience concepts translating strategy and brand into a distinctive digital experience.
• Define site maps, information architecture, structure, navigation, and content relationships.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, user flows, and interaction logic across pages and devices.
• Create prototypes to explore ideas, clarify interactions, or communicate how experiences should work.
• Present UX thinking and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, producers, developers, and partners to ensure cohesive, accessible, and scalable experiences.
