Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Graphic & UX/UI Designer – Expert Network for a remote, part-time role. You will work independently with flexible hours and collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include UX research to inform interface design, creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma or Adobe XD, and translating user feedback into design deliverables. Compensation is $60–$80/hour, with 10–40 hours per week.
