Mindrift in the United States seeks a freelance CFD specialist to train and evaluate AI agents on fluid simulations. You will convert CAD geometry, configure and run simulations, and develop reference solutions with Python checks for results.

Expertise in OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+ and strong verification practices are required. Remote work offers flexible hours and compensation up to 69 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Several years of CFD with OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX or STAR-CCM+.
• Solid verification/validation: mesh-independence studies, validation against experiments.

Responsabilités

• Train and evaluate AI agents on expert-level fluid simulations.
• Set up simulations from CAD geometry and run analyses.
• Build verified reference solutions and write Python checks for results.
