Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a CFD-focused freelancer to train and evaluate AI agents on expert-level fluid simulation tasks. You will take CAD geometry, set up and run simulations, build verified reference solutions, and write Python checks for the agent's results.

This remote role offers around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, with compensation up to $69 per hour, and opportunities to work on real-world projects for a global platform.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Eng or related field (PhD preferred).
• Several years of hands-on CFD with OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX or STAR-CCM+, including meshing.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents on expert-level fluid simulation tasks.
