Job summary

FiveBy, a Seattle-based remote consulting firm specializing in fraud and online security, seeks a Practice Lead to own the performance, health, and growth of its portfolio. You will guide senior client relationships, delivery quality, and strategic direction across major technology clients.

You will lead growth initiatives, contribute to proposals, and help shape the practice's knowledge base and methodologies while collaborating with FiveBy leadership across the business.

Qualifications

• Tenure in fraud/trust and safety with senior client exposure.
• Proven track record leading programs or practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy, client relationships, and renewal readiness across the portfolio.
• Lead executive communications and contribute to solution design and proposals.
• Guide delivery quality, risk management, and fraud expertise across engagements.
• Develop people, staffing, and practice capabilities; shape offerings and IP.
• Represent the practice in leadership discussions and strategic planning.
