Job summary

FiveBy Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Practice Lead to own the performance, health, and growth of its fraud and trust and safety portfolio. You will guide service priorities, manage executive client relationships, and drive renewal readiness across major technology clients.

The candidate will lead the practice with deep fraud expertise, people leadership, and strategic thinking, while collaborating with senior delivery specialists to execute initiatives and expand client relationships.

Qualifications

• Twelve+ years in fraud operations, risk management, or trust and safety.
• Four+ years in consulting or advisory roles with senior client relationships.
• Established professional network in fraud/trust and safety.
• Proven record building or leading a fraud program and developing leaders.
• Deep knowledge of fraud programs, investigations, controls, and fraud types.

Responsibilities

• Own senior delivery relationships across the portfolio and ensure executive client confidence.
• Set engagement strategy, priorities, staffing, and direction with client leaders and program managers.
• Lead major client escalations and crises to timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Define quality standards for client-facing work and ensure accuracy and defensibility.
