Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced analytics professional to own fraud performance for depository products, monitoring losses, approval rates, false positives, and portfolio health. You will build scalable data models, dashboards, and scoring frameworks while coordinating with Product, Engineering, ML, and Risk teams to refine identity verification and fraud controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Analytics experience.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, ML, and Risk teams.
• Strong communication of findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own fraud performance metrics for depository products.
• Build and maintain data models and transformation pipelines using DBT or equivalent.
• Define dashboards and scorecards to monitor fraud, losses, and efficiency.
• Develop fraud rules, thresholds, and models to balance loss prevention and user experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, ML, Data Engineering, Fraud Ops, and Risk on strategy and launches.
