Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Sales Consultant to own the full deal cycle from prospecting to conversion while meeting annual sales quotas. This 100% remote role requires residing within the designated territory and periodic travel across California, Hawaii, and Alaska to engage prospects and close opportunities.

You will leverage CRM tools, present compelling due diligence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate brand growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in a sales and/or inside sales environment with emphasis on business development and/or management consulting; Real Estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus.
• Eye for business: reading financial statements, problem solving, and closing deals.
• Strong presentations in person and virtual; ability to influence buying decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Meet or exceed annual quota targets through brand-approved sales categories.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, sales enablement and growth teams to improve funnel effectiveness.
• Lead primary meetings and guide prospects through all sales process phases with manager support.
