Qualifications

• 5+ years of business consulting or coaching with large brokerages.
• Real estate industry experience required.
• Proven track record in growth, retention and profitability.
• Ability to translate franchisee goals into actionable strategies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Support top-tier franchises to drive growth and engagement.
• Lead field support with Franchise Sales to evaluate markets and growth strategies.
• Develop growth strategies to expand franchise footprints.
• Lead complex engagements involving financial analysis, P&L review, and business planning.
• Benchmark goals and set targets for franchisees.
• Build brand engagement in partnership with leadership.
• Ensure brand leadership engagement in critical franchise matters.
• Develop and conduct virtual and in-person sessions on industry trends and performance.
• Serve as trusted advisor to franchise owners and leadership teams.
• Manage compliance and handle contractual changes within the book of business.
