Century 21 Real Estate is seeking a Franchise Sales Director for a 100% remote position with travel across the designated US territory. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to conversion, and drive growth through strategic brand initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or related consulting, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid or remote setting. Local residency within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or management consulting.
• Real estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus.
• Ability to read financial statements and solve problems to close deals.
• Strong communication to persuade and influence buying decisions.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Meet or exceed annual quota targets across multiple deals.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, and growth teams to improve funnel efficiency.
• Lead primary meetings and discussions through all sales stages.
