Job summary

Century 21 Real Estate is seeking a Franchise Sales Director for a 100% remote role with travel across the designated territory. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect and convert franchise opportunities, and collaborate with brand, shared services, and growth teams to drive revenue and growth.

The role emphasizes strategic selling, relationship-building, and presenting due diligence materials to partners. Bachelor’s degree preferred; real estate/franchise experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in business development or management consulting.
• Real estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus.
• Eye for business: reading financial statements and problem solving.
• Strong communication: confident in in-person and virtual presentations.
• Basic knowledge of Sales CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of complete deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Meet/exceed annual quota targets within brand-approved categories.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, sales enablement and growth teams to improve funnel effectiveness.
• Guide prospects through all sales process phases with manager support in final meetings.
