Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant for a 100% remote role with travel across California, Hawaii, and Alaska. You will own the full sales cycle, nurture pipelines, and convert prospects into brand partners while collaborating with support teams to optimize the funnel.

Expect 1–3 years of sales experience, a preference for a Bachelor’s degree, and comfort with 50% travel. Strong presentation and CRM skills are essential in this hybrid, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with emphasis on business development and/or management consulting.
• Real Estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus.
• Experience reading and interpreting financial statements, problem solving, and driving deals.
• Strong presentations in person and virtual, with the ability to influence buying decisions.
• Basic understanding of Sales CRM systems and MS Office.
• Approximately 50% travel and hybrid work environment; must live in the sales territory.

Responsabilités

• Own full deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Meet/exceed annual quota targets through brand-approved sales deal categories.
• Collaborate with the brand, shared services, and growth teams to improve funnel effectiveness.
• Lead meetings and guide prospects through all phases of the sales process.
