Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to support a portfolio of Econo Lodge and Rodeway Inn properties across the central United States.

The role focuses on analyzing performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering on-site and virtual consultations to boost guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. The position involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining owner relationships, and managing a remote portfolio with approximately 10%

Competenze

• At least five years of hotel-level leadership experience or related experience.
• Experience analyzing performance data to drive improvements in hotel operations or business results.
• Experience consulting with hotel owners, operators, or similar stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and P&L statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to use Salesforce for documentation.
• Ability to interpret performance data using tools and systems like STR, GIS/Medallia, Cvent, Workday, Concur, Zoom, Tableau.

• Analyze hotel performance and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement across the portfolio.
• Deliver on-site and virtual consultations with owners using tools and performance insights.
