The position requires hotel-operations expertise, strong analytical judgment, and consultative communication to improve guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with hotel owners, and travel about 10% for meetings.

Qualificações

• Five years of hotel-level leadership or related experience.
• Experience analyzing performance data and using findings to improve operations or results.
• Experience consulting with, training, or influencing hotel owners/operators.
• Proven record of supporting hotel performance improvements.
• Ability to balance portfolio responsibilities, deadlines, and multiple requests.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze hotel performance and workflows to identify top opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver on-site and virtual consultations using tools and performance insights.
• Advise owners on strategies to boost guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
• Develop action plans and provide follow-up correspondence after consultations.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce for properties, owners, consultations, and management.
• Monitor effectiveness via VP feedback, engagement surveys, and adoption of actions.
